Louise: I have been working in Melbourne as an illustrator for the past twenty years. A recent change of location to the East Gippsland Lakes region in Victoria has inspired me to work with new materials and diversify my artistic practice. Ceramics in particular is a medium I have embraced, using it as a canvas for the stylised characters and graphic shapes that have long been a common thread in my work.
